Leisure Essentials Card

• 1.These Terms apply to all services provided on the Website, including but not limited to information browsing, account inquiries, application procedures, chat support (collectively, the "Services").
• 2.The Company may revise these Terms at any time for reasons including but not limited to user protection, legal compliance, or service improvement. Revised Terms shall become effective upon posting on the Website, and continued use of the Website constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

• 1.Users represent and warrant that they (i) are at least 20 years of age and (ii) have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements.
• 2.When applying for a credit card via the Website, the Membership Terms or Cardholder Agreement will also apply. In case of any conflict, those agreements shall prevail.

• 1.All content on the Website (including text, diagrams, logos, trademarks, images, and software) is owned by the Company or its licensors.
• 2.Users may not reproduce, modify, distribute, transmit, repost, or otherwise use such content beyond personal use without the Company’s express written permission.

• 1.The Company grants Users a non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to use the Website in accordance with these Terms.
• 2.Users shall not:

• 1.Some Services require account creation and login. Users are solely responsible for managing their user IDs, passwords, and other authentication credentials.
• 2.The Company shall not be liable for any disclosure or misuse of such credentials due to User negligence.
• 3.Users must notify the Company immediately upon discovering unauthorized use.

• 2.Third-party websites linked on the Website are managed under their respective operators’ responsibility. The Company assumes no liability for damages resulting from their use.

• 1.Users agree to receive contracts, legal disclosures, statements, notifications, etc., electronically (via email, PDF, download, etc.).
• 2.Users agree to receive SMS or push notifications as necessary. Message fees may apply.

• 2.Any disputes related to these Terms or the Website shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Dubai.
• 3.Users and the Company waive the right to participate in class actions or representative proceedings.
• 4.Arbitration awards shall be enforceable as judgments by courts of competent jurisdiction.

• 1.These Terms take effect upon the User’s use of the Website and terminate when the User closes their account and ceases use, or the Company suspends access.
• 2.Provisions that should by their nature survive termination (e.g., Articles 3, 9, 10, 11, and this Article) shall remain in force.
• 3.The Company may suspend or delete accounts without notice if it reasonably determines a breach of these Terms.

Users may not assign, transfer, pledge, or dispose of their rights or obligations under these Terms without prior written consent. The Company may transfer such rights and obligations (including personal data) in case of business transfers or reorganizations.

• 1.These Terms constitute the entire agreement between the User and the Company regarding the Website and supersede all prior oral or written agreements.
• 2.If any provision is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain fully effective.
